SUNROOF SLIDER RAIL REPAIR CLIP FOR BMW X5 E36 E39 E53 E46 3D print model

Hi Everyone,

Here is my 4th iteration of the Sunroof Slider Rail Clips present in older BMW's (X5 E36 E39 E53 E46).

They are just a little bit thicker than the OEM clips in width and have more plastic filled inside them when printed.

I have attached a video of the OLD clips working fine, these did break after a few months when i accidentally tilted the sunroof higher than it was meant to go (tilt times 2 xD). The new iteration has a lot more plastic around the joint and between the joint at the top and the actual slider below.

Print this with max wall count or 100% infill, make sure to use ABS or PETG. PLA should work but if it gets hot expect warping and breakage. Personally I have made these from PETG and they survive the African sun well.
