Speaker enclosure for Harley Davidson front lowers - horned

Speaker enclosure for Harley Davidson front lowers - horned 3D print model

Description

Speaker inclosure I used on my Harley Road Glide 2009, fit the Harley Davidson lower fearing.

Different models are available in my profile.

I can create custom grills on demand, more expensive tho.

Should fit most 5.25 speaker with the legs (they have ether legs or are fully rounded).

Easy to print, doesn't require a big format printer. I printed mine on a old Replicator from 2012, so nowadays any printer can print that easely. The enclosure was also simplifyed for abs moulding.

I suggets using PETG or ABS if you can, and with ABS you can acetone-smooth the surface to make it look even better.

My usual print setting for PETG are : 3 outline perimeters, 3 top and bottom layers, 50% infill at a minimum.

As always, if there is demand on one of my models I will update it and make it better as per the feedbacks.

ASSEMBLY: Print 1 enclosure, 1 top (left or right), 2 legs and a filler. Depending on left or right, legs go accordingly in the center and one of the side. They have a slight angle, but they can be moved when installed in the bike. The last hole is filled with the filler. The top part can be printed as one with the enclosure if you dont mind supports, or printed separately and glued in. It is the only parts that need to be glued.
