I scanned the original glove box door for the Indian Challenger and cleaned up and processed the scanned model. After reverse engineering, I prepared the model for 3D printing. I then created a mirrored copy of the original and printed it. The printed part fits perfectly, closes smoothly, and the latch snaps securely into place. The glove box closes seamlessly, and the snap mechanism locks perfectly. With some sanding and spray paint, it is not noticeable that this is not the original part.I designed the door as a single part. In practice, you will receive this part, which includes the mechanism with the hinges, and the other part that serves as the cover.
