What better way to embody the spirit of the Wreckers than a massive gattling gun to mow down all bots who dare stand in their way? Appearing in one of the pages of the IDW comics, here it is in a 3d printed form to boost Springer's attacks!
The gattling gun is powered by a common DC motor (normally found in electronics starter kits like this - https://amzn.to/2AEjB5g) This goes into the body of the gun with the wires connecting it a single AA battery in the backpack. Here we had used a pair of single core wires, passed through our favorite 5mm turbing. This wire is stiffer and allows the tubing to be bent into a desired shape, but really any wire would do. One the rear, just pass one wire to the bottom of the backpack and the other through the hole on the topcap. It may take a little bit of wriggling but as long as contact is made, it should spin just fine.

This piece looks great stationary but has a lot of fun play value rattling around of course! A somewhat confounded thing though - when in motion, its going to be tough to pose Springer (or any bot you choose) due to the vibration and the now back heavy setup. Perhaps a heavy duty display stand may aid in this case! If you're anything like us, you will also soon come to hate how he has really weird legs, the inner parts of which come loose and don't hold poses well.
There are 2 options for the front handle - a full one and one which is split in two halves. The latter allows for the illusion that Springer is gripping it, holding the split portion inside his fist. Either way, these handles peg onto the main gun body using 2mm pins. The rear handle simply pops into the 5mm port on the rear. Alternatively, another 5mm port has been designed on the top of the gun for more posing and handling options!
This piece also works well in Springer's alt mode in a A-10 warthog-esque nose gattling gun look. In this case, both the gun and backpack can be mounted underneath the helicopter chasis using some of the 5mm ports found on the underside of the fuselage. Springer goes pew pew pew~~~
And there you have it! This turned out to be one of the more complicated builds but was oh so satisfying when it all came together. Hope everyone's enjoying these and other models too, and as always happy 3d printing till all are one!

[17 Jun 2020 Update]
Had some suggestions about making the barrel compatible with siege effects. Can't say no to that so you'll find the updated barrel variant added to the downloads section as a separate STL file.
This would likely be more apt for static display, thought workable and very off-balanced if you decide to take it for a spin (hur hur)!
