I made this part of the unload helix for this wagon: the wagon is NOT included !https://www.cgtrader.com/3d-print-models/miniatures/vehicles/work-in-progess-fammrr121-kiruna-wagon-helix-dumper-h0-scale
The original for my reference is located in Fagernes/Narvik, Norway. you could see the half ready building on older sattelite images:https://maps.app.goo.gl/xgUyrY7TPsQYkQHq7
i made is at close as possible to the reference pictures but obvious with changes due to the size.since it still is work in progress you might rework some things or sand it a bit down.i made two large parts (for printers like the saturn 3)and a set with a lot of smaller parts for printer in the size of the mars etc.
i highly recommed to add someflex resin to the print.i use elegoo abs-like v3 and added monocure flex 100 (about 15-20%)printed with 0.05 or 0.1mm is finethe dump parts I printed in FDM
I first glued the PCB on the lower cross connection of the sides then you could align the rail to solder it.I prefer to use rapid glue and then file a V in the cuts add some resin and harden it with an UV lamp then sand it smooth.for the load i recommed cork due to the minimal weight (7-10 gramm per wagon)the lower part where the wagon is guided i added some drops of sewing machine oil to run it smoother. check the youtube video, that was before adding the oil and i had to force the front support a bit inside to lift the upper point of the rail and prevent the wagons from jamming, i added it after painting it.https://www.youtube.com/shorts/n5j7nHkwuC0
