The Melancholy Death of Oyster Boy is a book made up of 23 poems, written in verse and illustrated by the author himself, film director Tim Burton. The protagonists of the stories are lonely, strange and different children. In this literary work Tim Burton is faithful to his particular universe, where melancholy, love, black humor and fantasy prevail. The Spanish edition is bilingual, that is, it includes the Spanish adaptation of the poems and the original English version.
