The keycard for the door can be found after Banban and Nabnab have fought by interacting with the button on Mr. Kabob Man's back, opening a door with said green keycard inside, when you bring it back to the Ventilation Sector, you can use the keycard you got to make the button usable, then hit the button with your drone, and when you get inside the room where Syringeon's depiction is located similar to Tamataki & Chamataki's depiction.
