Spider-Man is one of the American television series starring the Marvel Comics superhero Spider-Man. The series consists of 65 episodes, which originally aired between November 19, 1994 and January 31, 1998; making this the most extensive spider-man series. The series was written by John Semper Jr and produced by Marvel Films Animation. This animated series is considered the most successful of Spider-Man.

Due to the crossover with the X-men in Season 2, with the same lineup from X-Men The Animated Series, it was confirmed that they share the same universe. It also shares the same universe with the second season of Iron Man.
