Oswald Chesterfield Cobblepot, also known as The Penguin, is a mafia boss who is notoriously known for his bad habits as much as his love of the fine arts, an adversary of the superhero Batman.

I added two versions, one with the monocle included inside the eye, the other does not include this monocle so both eyes are clear and you can add a transparent monocle with a different material for a better result imo! (:
