Printed it off on an ender 3 , 0.1mm layer height,25% infill. It came out very nice - thanks!

I had to scale it 1000% for it to be a printable size for 3D printing. It was oriented face-down by default, which wouldn't allow good printing. The model hasn't been designed for printing without supports, and supports on the very thin hat brim make it difficult to finish well.
