Mad Machine from Transformers Headmasters 3D print model

Coming to us from the realm of the Japanese Headmasters series, here's the roach-like Mad Machine!

This robotic roach sports six articulated legs which can be adjusted to allow for a nice range of menacing poses.

Sneaking up on unsuspecting targets, the Mad Machine then delivers a disabling attack - with antenna are sized to allow effect parts to be attached!

When the upper body is lifts, there is a storage space inside its metallic carapace, where its sonic controller or other effect parts and accessories can be stored.

Now this little bugger can also help keep your pile of effect parts neatly and safely stowed away when not in use!

Back to the sonic controller, this was used by Soundblaster to control this evil weevil and is stored and operated from within his chest tape deck.

So in order to end this evil, who else but Twincast (though we don't have that figure for now) to come in and save the day by blasting the controller right out of Soundblaster's chest :P

Putting this all together should be relatively self-explanatory but here's a diagram showing the assembly just for additional clarity.

The trickest part should be putting the legs together. By design the ball of the Upper_Leg part should be a little tight and require some force to be inserted into the socket portions of the lower body. This would ensure a snug fit so that the legs hold their pose.

The same is true for the lower leg being attached to the upper leg - though that should be a simpler attachment process. As always, where the fit does not feel quite right, there is always the option of making slight scale adjustments in your slicer prior to 3d printing.
