As a ghostly version of Fredbear's empty suit, Broken Golden Freddy is an animatronic projection of an anthropomorphic dirty-gold bear. He has a fairly massive build and average height. The robot's skin is made of thick plush, covered with a large number of dirty spots and torn holes, through which parts of the metal endoskeleton are visible.

The animatronic's body is shaped like a barrel. The robot has an impressive belly with a dirty golden spot in the middle. Freddy has thick, long limbs covered with holes, from which bundles of broken wires peek out. The ghost has large, solid palms with four fingers, not divided into phalanges, and three-toed, sweeping feet.
