This is made in Zbrush and is a SCREAMING DR. STRANGE HEAD. I used it on a 1/12 Marvel legends figure. 25mm was a good size 27mm for mezco. You can sse the fugure in my IG #customofchampions. Uou will need to sand and bore the hole for the neck peg. Ican can give help on My Ig DM
