The lever that holds the cylinder in doesnt allow for a complete movement. As the hole does not align when rotating it in and out.

Please try to adjust your printer; the error you mentioned sometimes occurs due to a lack of bed leveling.

I am printing on a brand new Bambu labs x1 C and I didn't have an issue printing Eriana's Vow on it
