Clone Commando 6 inch figure kit conversion STL 3D print model
Description
This STL used for convert standard 6black series figure into clone commando with armor reattaching. In this package I provide two version of design, a default version made with standard 6 scale digital model, mainly for customization/ scale adjust to fit the figure you selected to work on. Another SHF figurart conversion is simpler by just rip off the existing piece from original and replace with the 3d printed armor (shown as photos taken above).

what method do you use to drill a neck hole into the helmet?

You know those diamond drill bits for nail polishing that came in a set? there is a ball shape bit can drill the neck peg hole.
Alternate way is to use 3d software to open a cylinder hole will works too

Yes, you will need to sand the clone trooper and get the armor mounting over :)
