Model Info:

At full scale, this katana model is about 51 inches long. These models have been designed so that two pieces of 3/16th inch rod can be inserted to reinforce the katana. You will need 46 inches of rod total, one piece of rod 28.5 inches long, and one piece of rod 17.5 inches long.

The scabbard has been designed with some additional room on the inside so that the inside edges can be lined with fabric to protect the katana as it slides in and out. The model's handle has been left bare so that a wrap as seen in the anime and manga can be added.

The file set comes with both the full pieces, and the pieces cut for printing on smaller printers.
