This puzzle cashbox was designed to fit Australian notes snugly - US notes will have a bit of wiggle space. For those who want to use this for currency other than Australian or American, the cash box can fit notes with dimensions smaller than 70mm x 165mm, and can stack notes up to 39mm high. If you haven't seen an 'Impossible Dovetail' before, the box opens/closes by sliding the lid and box together at an angle (there are many videos online showcasing this if you are unsure). This model was designed with a 0.4mm tolerance to allow free movement between the lid and box. If your printer/settings require a higher tolerance, a little sanding on all internal faces of the dovetails will allow this free movement as well.
