Not all parts are uploaded fixed and keyed.
The assembly was broken and missing the middle, but maybe the loose part would fit though after repairing it would become low-poly.
I talked with the designer and they uploaded a broken more high-poly version. After repair this time it stayed smooth but I have to key all the parts myself now.
Still positive that I wasn't left alone on making the lowpoly into highpoly myself because that option became 180MB and impossible to load or work with.
