3D Print Files for Master Chief's armor as seen in Halo Infinite
Additional scaling WILL be necessary in order to fit to your body
The chest clips together at the shoulders and under the arm via the modeled in clips I made to replicate the actual suit. It also has registrations between the two halves for easier assembly. There are three separate centerpieces across the sternum to both lock the halves together and help hide the seam. Should save you some cleanup time! The ab plate is a separate piece as well for better movability.
The back also has registrations and a small circular piece that pegs between the two halves. On the inside you'll also see a hole near the top part of both halves. This is intended for a bolt/washer to provide a mechanical connection and help bear some of the weight. Your scaling will change the size of that whole obviously so you'll need to measure it after printing to find a good fit for it.
Forearms have two points to add magnets inside the grapple/equipment mount
The Codpiece comes in halves to help with printing
Hips have two spots for magnets as well so that you can attach a prop to the side of it
The back of the shin detaches and has room for 3 magnets to hold it into place. This will let you slip your foot in and out easier
Boots have several points inside to attach the top piece to the heel with elastic. For attaching the toe to the heel I recommend glueing/inserting a .5 inch EVA foam piece. That's what I did to still allow toe movement in multiple directions. The heel has a part of it's base hollowed out. This hole is intended to be filled with something stronger to help support your weight. I recommend either cutting down some small PVC pipe or filling it with resin.
