M2x20 screws needed.Screw them thru printed part, for extra security put a drop of CA in top cavity.

0.4 nozzle works fine, print upside down with top part on bed, no supports needed.Print with 0.12 layer height. Infill doesn’t matter as M2 screw provides structural integrity.
