Here is my 1:6 scale Captain Rex Onderon armor and gear kit. This is intended for 1:6 scale figures such as Hot Toys or Sideshow figure customs but some resizing may be required depending on base body/head you are using. Also included are my animated DC17 blasters and holsters as well as my droid popper (whole and split options) for a complete loadout.
The kit consists of:
Helmet comes in three options: complete main helmet (goggles pre-attached), semi complete (separated goggles) and merd parts only (for if you intend to use a fabric cap/hat with it). Also included for all three options are empty goggles (frame only without lenses for if you intend to make faux lenses with clear plastic to see the figures eyes through) or goggles with lenses (for if you intend to print the part in clear resin then paint the frame). Additionally there are both standard and thick rangefinders (thick option is to ensure successful printing at small scale) that are to be plugged in to the helmet. You can glue them in for fixed position or you can use magnets for secure attachment while maintaining movement.
Chest armor: chest plate comes in both standard and a thicker version (the thicker version is included in case the standard is too thin for your figures, it should not easily break). Also included are both full and half strap loop buckle pieces (4 of this part need to be printed) allowing you to either loop strap through the full buckle pieces with a fabric strap or you can glue the half buckle over a moulded strap for easy figure customising where you want them to sit more flush.
Jetpack: comes in 2 one piece options: with or without attached droid poppers to give more options for overall look of your custom figure. Also included are 3 options (droid poppers on mounting plate, no droid poppers on mounting plate, no mounting plate at all) all of which come without the backplate, thrusters and droid popper mounting plate to provide more options for assembly. The separate backplate allows for fabric straps to be glued on the jetpack prior to the backplate being glued on, the separate thrusters can be plugged in for articulation (you could use strong magnets for more secure fit while preserving movement) or they can be glued in if desired. The separate Droid popper mounting plate comes in 2 options: with or without droid poppers attached.
Belt parts: This kit includes a faux belt buckle cover (both a standard version and also a thicker version to ensure successful printing at small scale) along with a belt pouch which comes in 3 options: smooth back side for easy gluing to your custom figure, hook back for hooking onto a figure belt and finally a loop back version that a figures belt can be fed through. There is also the previously mentioned holsters that have loop holes for straps to be attached so the holsters can be hung from the figures belt.
