Black Series or Action Figure Display System 3D print model

Description This is my modular action figure display system designed to solve the issue of figure toppling and dominoeing while aslo making it easier to showcase your collectio with risers. This system is designed for Star Wars the Black Series figures but should also fit Marvel Legends and other similair scale figures. While not designed for them the larger pegs also fit original Kenner figures as well as Hasbro's Retro Collection. The system makes use of interlocking baseplates to create a stable foundation, baseplates can connected in any wanted configuration. Different modules can then be slotted into the foundation to create a your perfect display. Modules include: Three different sized foot pegs, A brace based stand, an accessory/helmet pedestal, and two sized of riser. Additional modules may be slotted on top of risers to add verticallity to your display. Due to variance found in foot peg sizes I recommend printing one of each peg type to test before printing any large batches. I hope that this system can be useful to other collectors in creating topple-free displays that can grow with your collection.

Print Settings I use standard Pla with Cura's Lighting Infill. Supports are necessary on all parts to prevent sagging and allow for a flush fit. Speed depends on your printer. For higher quality foot pegs I recommend increasing your slicer's minimum layer time. I designed these models with built in tolerances to make printing easier but due to the tight fitting design some minor fitment or printer setting tweaking may be necessary to reach a perfect fit. Warning Due to the brittle nature of some filaments take care when removing figures from the stands as not to break the pegs off!! If a figure seems too tight try rotating but do not force it on, doing so could trap a peg in the hole requiring removal with a drill or pliers! If neither size is loose enough minor sanding off the peg may be necessary sanding can be done with paper or even a nail file, a backbrace stand module is also available to avoid pegs altogether.
