72nd scale RAN LPA Manoora and Kanimbla 3D print model
Description
These ships were originally a USS Navy, Newport Class tank landing ship. They were purchased by the Royal Australian Navy in 1994 and converted to the Kanimbla Class auxiliary landing platforms you see in the photos. This scale makes the model just over 2.2M long.
This model is just the bare bones hull without instructions, but its pretty obvious how each section bolts onto one another. The intention is to have it available for the base of a Newport Class scratchbuild project, as the Newport is a far more notable vessel.
If the Kanimbla Class gathers enough interest from a buyer or two, I have the models of more detailing and the superstructures for the Kanimbla Class that I can release with a little bit of sizing work. Just message me and let me know (of course will have to adjust the price to suit).
If you haven't built a bernco 3d printed model before, grab yourself an Armidale kit. It will have all the instructions for the skills you need to build and make a functional 3d printed hull.

I do, but It will require a fair bit of modelling work to get fitting correctly. I can sell that and the detailed parts to you separately if you want?
