To sort the strange issue with the bow section (Print+ 01) cutting itself in Prusa Slicer and creating the wedges: Just open it in blender and export it again as a .stl - call it what you like. Then open it in Prusa Slicer and it should be one solid bow section again.

Hi, I am trying to print out the bow section and it looks fine as a preview but after I cut it with ORCA slicer it divides into three sections with some solid joiner type wedges and lots of supports and after printed it does not fit together. Can someone please help me here? If I could get a contact email address I can send pictures of what is happening. Regards.

Had the same issue, solved by using blender to just re-save it as an .stl, now prints fine.
