This is an articulated, Kirby Robobot Mecha with a Kirby Pilot Amiibo (face is blank so you can do your own expression)

The Robobot serves as a cool display stand for the Amiibo.

You can buy NFC discs from amazon pretty cheaply, program it using a smartphone app (eg. Amy) and pop it inside the Amiibo base to make a working Amiibo for your Switch/3DS/etc...
