DESCRIPTION

This is a product that is used to hold a Soccer net to the posts. During the season the factory clips break or are projected into the grass, never to be used again. This product design is similar to the original design used. For some reason the clips seem to work better than the originals supplied to the coaching staffs at the schools. These are easily printed with an Elite Stratsys machine. I printed the design in ABS. The holes in the top were later removed. The original thought was to attach a stretching thread to lock the part to the net. The users told me that this was not necessary, and I removed the holes in the top.

That file is perfect!!! I coach soccer at our high school and we have had to use quite a bit of our budget to purchase these through our distributors thanks to this file I can now print them and save a ton of money in the long run. After setting up the bed for some supports it printed perfectly and side by side it is almost impossible to tell which is the real and which is the printed version. Thank you

Excellent solution for my local football club. The goal suppliers only provide a bare minimum of the clips and charge like a wounded bull for more. 3D printing them like this saves our club a fortune and is much better than gaffer tape and cable ties.

Hello, yes I have the same question about the scale of the model. I've measured one of these clips and gotten somewhere around 32x31mm in the x/y dimensions if that helps.

Using Cura and import the file it says out of scale objet to 10000%, what is the true size I should be using? True mm sizes if possible would help.

100 Percent. It is printable in PLA or ABS. You can use a home printer like a Prussa, Dremel, AnyCubic I3 Mega. I added additional file formats tonight. You should now be able to get the IGS, STEP, STL and 3MF files. If you cannot, email me at rspehr@cmssport.com and I will send them to you via Wetransfer.
