XV127 Mohawk Heavy Arms Battlesuit

XV127 Mohawk Heavy Arms Battlesuit 3D print model

Description

When the upper management of the Space Fish Commies decided that a Riptide was not enough, and a Tuna was just wayyy overkill, they decided to come up with the XV127 Mohawk Battlesuit - an extremely decent alternative.

It is armed to the teeth to the point of being slightly overcompensating:

  • An upgraded twin-linked fusion blasters to deliver twice as many nuclear-fusioned goodness
  • Twin-linked quad burst cannons that can be fitted on either (or both) arms for that satisfying brrrrt! brrrrrrrttt...
  • A heavier version of the Pulse Submunitions Rifle that can be fitted on either (or both) arms for extra range
  • Twin-linked Missile pods
  • Mini guns, for shooting at the hip
  • A Shield Generator
  • Big fins for effortless mobility in the battlefield

Printing Guide

This is scaled 1:1.

I printed this on an AnyCubic Photon. The parts are sliced such that they would fit on the build plate. They are also sliced so that it is posable.

I used a mixture of AnyCubic Grey and Elegoo Grey at 0.05 for both. There's probably no need to use a higher resolution.

I used the Prusa Slicer for orientating the parts and generating supports. After that, I copied them into Chitubox to slice the files. The files then went through the Photon Validator

The model is pretty top heavy, so it is recommended to use some sort of model stand for additional support.

Naming Convention*

Parts are named <part_name> with optional xN, where N is a number. So part_name_x4 means that you would need four copies.

Some of the parts are also prefixed with T for top, B for bottom or back, F for front, and M for middle.
