This is a 3d printable organizer for the board game Gloomhaven. It's designed so all the components will fit into the original game box. I have a 2nd printing copy (as shown) but it should work for a first edition as well.
Some lids of the token boxes require the builder to supply a clear plastic sheet and glue, if you want transparent lids (as shown). Solid lids are also provided for the trays where required to keep the components from falling out, so you have a choice as to which ones to use. I used clear plastic report covers from a stationary store and super glue. For solid lids, print the A variant of the lid files. For transparent lids, print the B variant then cut and glue the clear plastic to fit.
Printing Recommendations:
Models as shown are printed with a 0.2mm layer height with a 0.4mm nozzle. I recommend 2 perimeter walls, with 4 layers top and bottom. Some bases are thick enough to require infill for a few layers. 10%-20% is all that's required. No supports should be required. A 200x200 build plate will be required as the largest parts have dimensions up to 182mm (+/-) in at least one direction.
This project used approximately 1350g worth of PLA filament when I printed it for myself.
File names with _x# after it indicates how many copies of that file are required to be printed.
Includes: 22 STL files for all trays and lids, including the option for lids with solid or transparent tops.
UPDATE (July 2, 2018) After receiving feedback, the following files have been updated to allow for the use of sleeved cards: 003, 004, 005, 006, 008, 009, 010, 011. This includes the trays and lids for the large and small cards. The HP and Coin token trays have been reduced in size to make everything fit. Let me know if there are any questions or comments.
