DESCRIPTION

A compact Enclosure design for Big Tree Tec Manta m8p by Mels3D.Designed to for Din rail using mount plates. The 4 Threaded brass inserts on the back side of enclosure can be used to attach a plate which can be mounted to the Din rail.

The Design took 1 week to finetune with dozens of cross section prints to align the mounting holes and the usb ports.

Features : # .step file attached for you to modify and use for personal use. # 2 * 80MM fan chamber for motherboard cooling. # Mesh grill to protect fan blades from debris and loose wires. # special openings for motor, thermistor, power cables. # Reprap style display cables and connectors will fit through the side openings.

On the bottom of the enclosure there are 4 brass inserts (M5 X 4) to attach the din rail bracket to. Some of you said M5 X 4 heated brass insert isnt available, but M5 x 5, 5.8, 6 are available. Hence i have uploaded Bottom V2.stl for those who cant find an M5 x 4mm Brass insert for the Din rail bracket mounting. With Bottom V2 you can insert M5 heat insert upto 6mm.
