Working Coin Separator for cupholder 3D print model

This coin separator was designed and made to be used in a car cupholder, the entire assembly is 82 mm wide, and 65 mm tall.The coin separator includes the bottom piece which has the 4 separate compartments for the pennies, dimes, nickles and quarters. The system uses a separator with very precise holdes that divide the coins through the circular track which the coins roll on.The cap is simply the coin ramp that has an opening to allow easy insert of coins and a stopper to know where the cap is on correctly. The middle contains the ramp with the cutouts to divide and separate the coins.The bottom is simply the collector for coins in 4 separate sections, it also has a pinlike piece that allows it to fit nicely into the middle section to know when it is correctly in place.The entire part should be printed with fine settings atleast .16 mm to allow the coins to slip nicely without getting stuck, if time is really of essence then make sure to atleast print the middle piece in fine quality, the top and bottom peices do not necessarily need to be the finest quality.I put my support settings to support over 80 degree angles, put simply the only piece that requires support is the cap, the middle piece does not need supports.
