This snowflake Fidget Spinner is printed in 3 pieces:SnowFlake, the front of the snapping center and the back of the snapping center.

It can be scaled up but I don't recommend scaling down as it could mess with the tolerances and prevent the pieces from printing correctly or fitting into each other.

No supports or glue needed. The Pieces snap together.
