Final follow up, I found out who this person is. Went out of my way to refund her personally more then she paid which was 3.00 (let that soak in, 3.00 USD...wtf?). So I sent 10.00 through Paypal. Enough to cover the cost of the model and buy her a latte from Starbucks. Then I also made her a new model so she could print the straw topper she wanted. All of which has been screen shot and saved. If anyone has any concerns or wants proof of my actions, shoot me a PM and I will send you a copy of EVERYTHING. I admit, I can be abrasive at times (unintentionally). I don't deal with people being stupid very well and even less so when they talk smack. This girl tried to roast me for offering to fix what she bought so it would work for what she actually needed (very different) and all I asked for was for her to leave a review... Pretty petty and pathetic if you ask me... I'm done with this. Read my other reviews. Want a link to my other seller accounts or other reviews...? Let me know, I have 1000's of happy customers and the occasional child throwing a tantrum. I've now done even more then what Amazon customer services does. Refunded her purchase by over 3x, made her a new product and then gave that to her for free.

lol how exactly does this make me look bad in any way? i asked you a simple question and you replied rudely. I posted factual information in my review which is exactly what i said i was going to do. you ONCE AGAIN reply in a rude way. it sounds like you dont interact with customers frequently because a positive attitude can go a long way. no it was not your comment about me being new to this, it was the entire reply from beginning to end. you started off with rudeness and it never got better. if you actually took the time to think about it, the "small % of people who leave reviews" definitely influence the way you & people all over the world make purchases. honestly, if i can help/change the mind of even just one person from working with or purchasing from you in the future i would be okay with that. you realllly need to work on your customer service and communication skills.

I'm sorry your coffee was made with 2% milk Karen (Lauren). If you are like this person, don't buy anything from me. You're offended so you want to deprive me of future work and money. I would love to continue this conversation on my Facebook business page where I did in fact actually share this shite, because I thought it was funny. I'm sorry your so upset, maybe I can do a shout out to your ETSY store LDhandmadecrafting or something from my work page with 100k fans... They like geeky shit, might generate a few more sales for you. Good luck with the RN thing. Oh and put some eyes on that baby Yoda straw topper, he needs a little more depth :)

Follow-up to the negative review left... This is hilarious... Thanks for sharing our private conversation. Bribe you? Here is the thing, I do a lot of extra free stuff for people all the time. I wasn't trying to bribe you, but you offered nothing in your request. You bought a file and don't even know how to scale it, which is the most basic function in your slicer software. How would you even print it? Then you request a file conversion into nothing, what was I supposed to convert it to? "Software I want to use the model in: Other Software release year: 2020 File format: Other Comment: is there anyway to just get the middle logo without the green part? im trying to pull into tinkercad to make into a strawtopper and it says that the mesh is too complex. i bought this file specifically for the middle part... ...if the file could be made smaller that would work as well, downloaded freeCAD and when i try to create shape from mesh so i can pull the middle the app crashes" So the conversion request was actually a request to change the model into something else. Which I offered to do for free in exchange for you leaving a positive review. Now I can only assume, had I asked for you to pay me... You would have taken the same time to leave a crappy review as well... You may be new to modeling and printing but you're a professional jerk... Imagine helping hundreds of people with their model, only to find a very small % of people will take the time to leave a review. Some how that makes me the bad guy, trying work out a deal with you. Not to mention, you never even replied to me (before posting this) or gave me an opportunity to sort out whatever I said that obviously upset you. I have to assume it was my comments about you being new to this... I only pointed out what is obvious and tried to come up with a solution which would have cost you nothing... Except less time then you spent writing this negative review which has nothing to do with your purchase. I already changed the model in preparation for the follow-up, I guess you don't wont it... Scaled to fit a straw perfectly, 1 click print no support required... "nah im good, you're extremely rude and my review will be FACTUAL. have a great day" Thanks for pointing out the FACTS lmao. Cheers.
