Imperial Navy Gunner

Imperial Navy Gunner 3D print model

Description

Imperial Gunner Helmet. Nicknamed the Jawbone helmet due to the large jawlike protrusion on the front. Based on the USN Mk2 Talker helmet was used in many Star Wars helmet design.

The full helmet is included and also a subdivided one for ease of printing. The pieces are engineered with holes for locating pins to unsure a precise fit.

An Imperial logo SVG file is included to generate a sticker with a Cricut or Silhouette cutter. Size to 3 inches or to your liking.

A visor is also included and you could print it out in transluscent media, but I would recommend getting a clear piece of tinted plastic and cutting it out to fit the visor. You can glue in a helmet liner from a construction hard hat or foam to fit.

Insert and glue a 180mm long carbon fiber rod (0.05" diameter) into the hole on top of the com-link. (Carbon fiber is strong and won't break easily or become distorted when bent).

The Imperial Gunner Helmet was first seen in Star Wars: A New Hope.
