The pack contains a single shard model , only with the sword , and mace are interchangeable. And one with cut to pieces base , lower body , 2 versions of upper body , sword, base .

Im not sure about that, there are some parts less than 3 mm thick. Maybe if you scale it up a little .

The single shard is 17,5 cm . The one cut in pieces, the biggest part , the figure with the cape is 16,4 cm .
