Sculpture of Chihuahua 3D print model

I have tried printing this about five times and the front legs inevitably break all but once before the print got very far. I have tried rafts, supports, and changed every printer setting that seems relevent. but right above the feet the print is sparse and loose. Any suggestions? Thanks Tony

Hello, this model has been sold more than 10 times. It is surprising that no one has written before that they ran into a problem while typing. If this is true, then perhaps you offer a solution that it is not in this model that the printer does not allow it to be printed. I will either make adjustments to the model or I will ask the site moderator how to get your money back.

I don't have enough experience with models to know where to even look. Another I have printed sucessfully is here https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:759845. I don't know if that helps or not. Everything else I have printed has came with a .stl file I am not sure if that makes a difference. The software I am using is Cura v3.6 and when I open the file the model is about 4mm tall and I scale it to 50mm. For my final I want to be able to print it around 200mm. What I as really hoping was you or somebody else might have a suggestion as to what I might be doing wrong. I don't want a refund because I can not be sure I didn't make a mistake. Thanks, Tony
