3d print your own Rebel fleet helmet with this 3d files.

Designed specifically for 3D printing, this helmet is separated into parts for easy printing.You will need M5 screws to attach the pieces together, a 4mm metal rod for the antenna, foam for padding and a strap with 15mm width.

Before hitting that print button, take a moment to check the size and make any necessary adjustments to fit your needs. Printing the helmet at default scale will fit heads from 55 to 60 cm circumference, but you can increase the size if you want the helmet to be bigger.

I highly recommend the free sizing heads from thingiverse if you dont have armorsmith.I printed the helmet on a printer with 300x300x300 printbed using about 1 KG filament.

The dark part can be printed with gloss black paint, or you build a clear visor using the 3d files as a template.
