I was trying to make my own articulated version of chopper, I based it on one that already existed but in this case I used a type of joint ball for the articulations, I printed a prototype in fdm but by accident I printed it a little bigger than it should be, I made two versions of chopper, one before the time skip and another after the time skip, each version will come with different faces and accessories inspired by the anime, in this case this is the pre time skip version.
I would like to one day print it in some type of resistant resin to make figures but in my country there is no such type so for the moment I make the prototypes in filament.
I give you some advice, the head is very big and heavy if you print it in fdm so try to print it with very little filling, everything related to the head such as horns and hat, and the other advice is about the joints, if once The fittings are very tight, you can heat hot water and put them in for 20 seconds to try to loosen the joint and move it so that it works.
