This product is a downloadable digital file (3D model). No physical item will be shipped.

Due to the digital nature of this product, refunds or returns are not accepted once the file has been downloaded or made available. This applies to purchases made by mistake, changes of mind, software incompatibility, lack of technical knowledge to use the file, or inability to print the model correctly. All sales are final.

The buyer is responsible for knowing how to open, prepare, slice, and use 3D file formats such as STL, or any other formats specified in the product description. Personalized technical support, custom modifications, resizing, re-cutting, or post-purchase adjustments are not included. Each product includes only what is explicitly described; compatibility with specific workflows, printers, slicers, software, materials, or scales is not guaranteed (only what is shown in the images).

By purchasing this product, the buyer receives a license to use the model, not ownership of the model, design, sculpture, composition, parts, or digital files. Personal and commercial use is permitted only under the terms of this license, including renderings, concept art, and 3D printing of the original licensed model. Reselling, redistributing, sharing, sub-licensing, or uploading the file—or using it for NFTs, blockchain projects, AI training, datasets, or any unauthorized digital distribution—is prohibited.

Modifying, remixing, kitbashing, extracting parts, altering the design, separating components, re-sculpting, reworking, or creating derivative digital models based on this file is prohibited. The buyer may only perform basic technical adjustments necessary for personal 3D printing, such as adding supports, hollowing, creating drainage holes, adjusting orientation, and making minor print-preparation tweaks.

Resizing (scaling) is permitted only within a maximum tolerance margin of 12% relative to the original scale provided. This tolerance was established for technical preparation purposes and to help protect the integrity of the model's cuts, joints, proportions, thicknesses, and assembly system. Resizing beyond this range may result in fit issues, part fragility, assembly failures, loss of detail, or printing errors; such issues are not covered by support, replacement, refunds, or file corrections. These technical specifications do not grant permission to share, sell, upload, publish, or redistribute the original file, modified files, extracted parts, altered components, remixed versions, or derivative models on any platform—including MakerWorld, Printables, Thingiverse, Cults, CGTrader, Telegram, Discord, social media groups, file-sharing sites, or any other public or private distribution service.

Commercial use, where permitted, applies solely to the authorized use of the original licensed model as described in these terms. It does not include the right to create, sell, share, upload, or distribute altered digital versions, modified files, derivative models, remixes, kitbashed versions, extracted parts, or new digital products based on this model.

In the event of a legitimate technical issue with the original file—such as corruption or incompleteness—the buyer may contact the creator for an assessment. This assessment does not guarantee the provision of a new file, replacement, custom modification, resizing, or compatibility adjustments.

All rights regarding the original design, sculpture, composition, parts, cuts, joints, and digital files remain with the creator.
