Great working with the artist, great model

hello, and good afternoom from Spain. i edit with blender to do few changes, but can not take off the pipe. i thought pipe was and external objet like your photo 9/11 show on description. what software i have to use to edit, delete pipe, and put or insert other objets like cigarretes, glasses, etc, ZBrusk ? thanks for your help
