The main body of the mask is a high model made by zbrush, which is made according to the proportion of a real person with a height of 180cm and a 7 head and body. The main body of the mask has a length, width and height of 177*242*119mm and a thickness of 35~40mm. Five sets of screws are designed to fix the lacings. The main body of the mask has wire holes, and the screws and wire holes are made by Fusion360 and can be screwed in together. The back is designed with a buckle to secure the 3-strand lacings. The inner side of the buckle is designed with an independent buckle, which can be used to load and fix foam and leather. The size of the real person is relatively large, so the main body of the mask is divided, and the segmentation effect is shown in the screenshot. The divided models are output in the common formats of obj and stl respectively, and it has been verified in the slicing software that the model is a perfect entity without non-manifold errors. I will do a print test later when I have time. The full uncut mask is kept in the ztl file and the output obj. The rendered image is rendered using zbrush's BPR, the model is colored by zbursh's polypaint vertex color, the default material of basicMaterial, no uv and no texture, if you need to render lights, the attached light files need to be loaded by yourself. You can get more information from the preview pic.If any question please write to me.
