In the year 2Ko73 most part of the incubator factories were shutdown and the rest destroyed. This facilities had the job to create genetically modified soldiers. It sounded a good idea to have a child's mind on a soldiers body, even if they misbehaved, the muscle compressors would take control of the dangerous soldiers. But the training program failed.
