I'm newer to 3d printing. What filament did you use to get it to look so good? Or did you paint it? Any advice would be appreciated.

Description
Model created in Zbrush. It is watertight and ready for printing/milling. It is provided in parts for easier casting and as one merged object.
Inlcudes 4 files: -Skull with dragon (1 Mil polys) -Left wing (200 k polys) -Right wing (200 k polys) -All parts merged together (1 Mil polys)
Each version is provided as an OBJ and STL
Nominal size (although easily adjustable in any 3D software) is: -37 mm wide -45 mm tall -30 mm deep -volume: 7.13 cm3
