This is Cleffa Pokemon with a bladderthis artwork is very cute. You can replace the line that holds the balloon with galvanized wire, so it will hold the balloon and also appear thin.

It is a great art to collect.I left separate parts (body, base, line, balloon) and they are fitted together.
