This is a complete IGES file allowing easy mods and to make provisions for wiring an adruino board and laser site, It was drawn in Fusion 360. As is everything has been done with tolerances to enable sliding. Magnets for rotation lock , sound activated and digital display. You will have to program the code for the adruino at https://www.circuito.io you can find the telescoping DOM round tubing at http://www.speedymetals.com/c-8242-round-tube.aspx
I have printed this out to check tolerances and make changes for the final file. I have a complete plating system if you disire a nickle finish on the tubing the rear butt tubes are plain copper tubing found at home depot, which I can also copper plate the front tubes if you like that look. $ 100.00 to plate everthing plus return shipping. There are provisions to do nutserts , pretty easy to do if you have a drill press and sodering iron I'll be posting a video on the entire build process to help the DIY guys. I spent a year on this, and it is highly detailed and is designed to work with my TDKR belt.
