Hello Ghost fans!
Looking to complete your Impera era Nameless Ghoul cosplay but can't get the boots figured out? Well, look no further! Here is the new and improved version of my previous model.
Here you will find a 99% accurate version of the applique for the boot. I say 99% because without having super high-res photos available, or the model in my hands, it will be almost impossible to recreate the grucifix in its proper form. PLUS, I purposefully undersized some portions of the anatomy to make it more like an inspired by piece, as to not get copywrite stricken. HOWEVER, with proper painting, those parts can be accentuated and really pop and give the illusion of a 100% accurate piece. Dry brushing and weathing will be your friend on this one. :D
This particular model is 5.5tall and 4.5 wide. The back posts, if you choose to go that route, will accept up to a 7mm wide and 6mm tall embedment nut in its current size. (The posts are 8mm round and 7mm tall)
I hope you enjoy this as much as I will!
If you notice in the pictures of the actual Nameless Ghouls, they have posts on the back of theirs that they use to aide in attaching to their boots. I made a file with built in posts if you wish to go that route! I also made this available in .STL and .OBJ. I recommend a resin printer, but an FDM printer will work if you support it right and have plenty of patience while printing!
If using the version with the posts, I recommend getting embedment nuts and using a heated tool such as a soldering iron to insert those into the post, then place a hole in the face of the boot where you want to affix them and screw them in place.
Happy costuming!
