Ultraman Ace helmet for Cosplay/Display - Ultraman Ace classic design used in the 1972/1973 original TV series.
All files are in STL format.
Model printed in parts:
MASK: I followed reference images from the 1972/1973 oririginal TV series to make the modeling more precise.
HEAD: Only one type of head model was made. With fittings for the parts of the crest, eyes and the Ultra Star (which will be fitted into the crest). The crest was separated into 3 parts, needing only the two top parts to be used as cosplay, the third part (which will be fitted in the nape) is recommended to be printed for demonstration together with the nape.
The recommendation I make is as follows: If you want to print for use as cosplay, do not need to print the back of the head (nape and crest back part).
EYES: I modeled two versions of the outer lenses (Glass part) and two versions of the inner lenses.Glass Part - Type 1 - Lenses with a larger curvature to fit with the inner lenses.Type 2 - I modeled more solid glass lenses to be used alone without details, fitting from the inside.
Inner - Type 1 - Lenses without holes for the eyes. It’s a totally solid piece (Recommended for exposure).Type 2 - Lenses with holes for the eyes, making them closer to the lenses of the TV series (recommended for Cosplay).
COLOR TIMER: I separated 2 types of printing for the Color Timer gem. (The gem base works for the 2 types!).
TYPE 1 - A solid piece without details.
TYPE 2 - Two pieces: An inner gem with details closer to the original series, and a cover that can be printed in transparent resin to be placed over the gem.
ULTRA STAR: I separated 2 types of printing for the Ultra Star gem.
TYPE 1 - A solid piece without details.
TYPE 2 - Two pieces: An inner gem and a cover that can be printed in transparent resin to be placed over the gem.
The STL files are able to be printed as a cosplay item.
-For stable 3D printing, I recommend using the Bambu Studio Software.
