I did it based on a size that fit my hand, the hole is 110mm diameter, so make sure it fits you before printingJust take the measure of your closed hand and check if it fits.If not, resize it bigger, and remember to resize hook together.

Sizes:Base: 137mm diameter, 122mm height, and 110mm inner diameterHook: 167x107mm, by 7mm height (side view)Total lenght after glue: 280mm

Easy Printing (one side is full flat)No Support Required

Didn't test print it, but if I did, I would use this Cura settings on my Ender 3 Pro, printing in PLA:-Dynamic Quality: 0.16mm (or 0.12mm)-Printing Temperature: 200 (230 for V-Silk)-Build Plate Temperature: 70-Speed: 40 mm/s-Build Plate Adhesion Type: Brim (base), and none for hook.But feel free to change and use the settings you prefer.

I would not recommend resin because it can break due to size, and the wheight may not be good.
