Description

The Type 051C (NATO codename: Luzhou class) is the air-defence missile destroyer built by Dalian Shipyard for the PLA Navy. The first-of-class, Shenyang (hull No.115), was launched in December 2004 and completed its system installation in late 2005. As part of the 'professional asian naval simulation' low polygon model packet by Camelot Inc., this model is made in 3dsMax 9. With its state of art quality it's ready for virtual simulation/training, still rendering, animation projects. To guarantee the absolute accuracy and precision we have used CAD program to recreate the 3-view drawing from the actual ship. All thumbnails are rendered by 3dsmax 9's default scanline engine straight out of the package. High definition previews of real time render of the .flt version can be found at the downloadable preview section.

I love this model (and the others like it) from this artist. They're perfect for my Unity project, where low poly is a must. Single texture is a bonus too - keeps the draw calls down. A quick trip into Blender to separate the few meshes I need separated (guns, radar) and I'm off to the races. Artist is also very responsive to support requests. Very good price as well.
