High quality png 8K textures are used by default but you are not limited to this, also 4k and 2k textures are given in a separate rar file, you can use it by choosing the resolution that best suits your scene or the software you use.

basecolor, height, normal (two type), opacity, roughness, metallic, AO maps are available for all resolutions.

Although the native file is blender, file formats such as OBJ, FBX, USD, GLB are also available. You can choose the one that suits you and use it, or you can easily export other formats you need with native blender.
