Imported into Blender 2.93.2 without any issues. Textures were really good, although I had to re-size them from 4096x4096 to 2048x2048. Scale was real world. The resulting model versions imported into Trainz Railroad Simulator 2019 (TRS19) without any problems and really looked great. I have purchased a number of models from this author and all have been excellent with few to no issues. Professional grade and highly recommended!
